MS-Outlook uses and creates a PST file for storing the valuable data. PST file is saved either manually or by MS-Outlook AutoArchive option. MS-Outlook follows a rule that when Archive PST file gets saved the latest modified date appears in front of Outlook PST file whether it is sent or received.
